Krueger Mechanical Services opened their doors in 2003. Rory and Mindy Krueger saw that while the market in Springfield was full of residential and commercial HVAC contractors, they offered something different. Rory had been a technician for over 14 years in Springfield and had customers who followed him from the beginning. These customers referred him to family and to friends. Over 14 years, his customer base grew. It grew without marketing and it grew without sales.

One year after their doors were open, Krueger Mechanical Services purchased another locally owned heating and cooling company that had been around since 1990, Ozarks Maintenance. In one year Krueger Mechanical had tripled it’s customer base and it’s employees. Yet to this day, the company still grows more by referrals than by sales. Not something commonly found today, not even in Springfield, Missouri.
